SERVICES

Design

    The Design Services area is responsible for the preparation of plans and specifications for a wide range of Town construction projects.  These include water and sewer line design and replacement, street improvements, storm water management, and other public projects.  It is also responsible for topographic surveys of these sites, construction stakeout, and easement acquisition. 

Inspection 

    The Inspection Services area is responsible for site plan review, inspection and testing of water and sewer line construction.

Geographic Information Systems 

    The Geographic Information Systems area is responsible for the creation and implementation of a functional Town GIS.

SITE DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES

Site plans are required for all development except single-family residences and residential duplexes. Final site plan shall comply with all laws, regulations, and ordinances governing subdivision plans. Site plans are to be submitted to the Director of Engineering and Public Works.
