Annual Action Plan
This Annual Action Plan outline the activies which will be undertaken during the program year beginning October 1, 2010 and ending September 30, 2011 using Federal funds granted to the Town of Christiansburg by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Programs and activiies described in this plan are intended to primarily benefit low-income and moderate-income residents of the Town of Christiansburg, neighborhoods with high concentrations of low-income and moderate-income residents, and the town as a whole.
This plan is the product of citizen and street committee input, which is consistent with the Town of Christiansburg's 2010 -2014 Five-Year Consoliated Plan. This public participation has included a public hearing, and consultation with other groups and organizations involved in the development of affordable housing and affordable housing quality of life.
