RIPPED - (Outdoors)

Eligibility: Ages 16 and over
Location: Christiansburg Recreation Center –Parking Lot
Additional Information: This total body, high intensity style program, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight, masterfully combines the components of RIPPED. This program includes resistance, intervals, power plyometrics and endurance. This class is for all levels of fitness! Participants will need to bring their own exercise mat and water bottle. At this time there will be no access to inside the building. In the event of inclement weather, you will receive an email/text if class is cancelled for that day. As restrictions are lifted, classes will move back into the recreation center.

CARDIO/WEIGHT TRAINING - (Outdoors)

Eligibility: Ages 16 and over
Location: Christiansburg Recreation Center – Parking Lot
Additional Information: An intense cardio and weight training workout.  Participants will need to bring their own exercise mat and water bottle. At this time there will be no access to inside the building. In the event of inclement weather, you will receive an email/text if class is cancelled for that day. As restrictions are lifted, classes will move back into the recreation center.

WEDNESDAY MORNING YOGA

Additional Information: All levels welcome!  Yoga is a great class to find relaxation during the busy week.  The class will focus on deep stretches, alignment, and breath. Participants supply their own mats.

Additional Information: This program combines cardio, strength training and endurance drills for an all-over body workout. The class offers a variety of unique and challenging moves that will slim, strengthen, tone and firm. Also, includes many of the popular P90X moves, which will keep the workout challenging and fun!
