CANCELED: The January meeting of the Dialogue on Race Law Enforcement Subcommittee has been canceled. --- The Dialogue on Race Law Enforcement Subcommittee meets the second Thursday of each month at 9 a.m. at the Christiansburg Police Department. The committee is comprised of Montgomery County law enforcement leaders and residents. Chaired by Wornie Reed, the committee focuses on improving race relations, eliminating racial profiling, achieving law enforcement employee hiring that resembles the county's racial makeup, and supporting community policing efforts.
