The members of the Stormwater Utility Study Committee were appointed by Town Council in February 2021 to review the performance of the Town’s Stormwater Enterprise Fund and ultimately provide recommendations for any changes. The purpose of the Feb. 25 meeting is to review the obligations of the Town, discuss the enabling legislation and introduce stormwater concepts and utility fees.
