A traffic operations crew will be installing a new detection loop in the left turn lane of S. Franklin Street on Sept. 27 at the intersection of S. Franklin Street and First Street. The installation will begin at 9 a.m. and is expected to take approximately four hours to complete. Traffic will be limited to one lane during this time. Please travel through the work zone with caution and follow all work zone signage.
