1. I recently applied for a position with the Town and have not been contacted for an interview. Why?

To the extent possible, the Town of Christiansburg utilizes pre-selection committees that review applications independently to formulate a short list from which to gather applicants for interview. Due to the number of applications received and other factors, some positions may take longer to fill, and as such, a longer time to contact candidates. Please check your email for communication from our Human Resources Department.
