On-Site Solar Photovoltaic System Feasibility Study

The Town of Christiansburg (hereby referred to as “Town”) is soliciting an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified solar photovoltaic (PV) professional engineers and providers (hereby referred to as “Consultant”) to prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) after studying the feasibility ofrooftop and/or ground-mount solar PV installations at identified Town facilities. Consultants will have demonstrated experience in studying, planning, designing, cost estimating, scheduling, permitting, constructing, system monitoring and maintaining similar complete solar PV systems, have knowledge of local utilities, have knowledge of federal and state funding and grant opportunities, and will have demonstrated experience in providing project financial analysis and rebate / funding support.
