The Dialogue on Race Law Enforcement Subcommittee meets monthly and is comprised of Montgomery County law enforcement leaders and residents. The subcommittee focuses on improving race relations, eliminating racial profiling, achieving law enforcement employee hiring that resembles the county’s racial makeup, and supporting community policing efforts.
