Our public transportation service, BT, is in the process of developing a Transit Strategic Plan (TSP) to help guide service improvements over the next 10 years in Christiansburg, Blacksburg, and Montgomery County. Whether you are a current rider, past rider, or even if you have never ridden our buses, we need your help to understand how and why people are using (or not using) transit so we can improve our services in the future. Complete this short survey by April 28 to tell us about your experiences, desires and priorities. You can be entered in a raffle for a chance to win one of three $50 VISA gift cards!
