Christiansburg Public Works staff will be performing a sidewalk repair near the intersection of N Franklin St. and Wades Ln. this Thursday and Friday, Sept. 21 and Sept. 22, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. During this time, we will have one lane closed on N Franklin St. in front of 565 N Franklin St. (CVS). Below is a map showing the work area.
Residents should expect delays during this time. Crews hope not to interfere with school traffic as the closure will not begin until around 9:00 a.m., with the lane ideally reopening when school releases.
