The Town of Christiansburg has launched a new utility billing website where customers can view their bills, check usage, and make payments. You can find the new website and registration instructions at: www.christiansburg.org/utilitybillpay.
Bank Withdraw (EFT) Customers: You do not need to register a for new account. Your information will transfer to the new system automatically.
Credit Card Recurring Payment Customers: You will need to register a new account through the new utility billing website, in order to make an October payment. Please do register between Oct. 22-31, 2024 to ensure payment is processed.
