A contractor will be performing sanitary sewer rehabilitation along S. Franklin St. within the public right-of-way from Monday, December 15 through Wednesday, December 17, 2025, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
During this time, motorists should expect expect expect intermittent lane closures and short delays. Please use caution when traveling through the area and follow all posted signs and flagger directions.
All traffic lanes will be restored to full use outside of working hours.
