The Christiansburg Public Works Department will be giving away leaves on March 1 and March 2.
The giveaways will be on Peppers Ferry Road, behind Walmart, near the proposed location for a park on the Truman Wilson Property. A map of the location can be found here. Come out to meet with Public Works employees and receive free leaves for your garden! The dates and times are as follows:
Friday, March 1: noon to 4 p.m.
Saturday, March 2: 8 a.m. to noon
