Starting on Monday, September 28, until Wednesday, September 30, the Public Works Department will be performing paving operations on S. Franklin Street between 603 S. Franklin Street and 611 S. Franklin Street. During this time, the southbound lane will be closed, and a flagging operation will assist motorists through the work zone. Please see the map below for more details.
