A contractor will be performing road milling, paving, and re-striping on Roanoke Street from Main Street to Depot Street beginning Monday, September 18 through Friday, September 29 from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. nightly.
This roadwork is to improve safety and drivability on this section of Roanoke Street. During the project, there will be no parking allowed on Roanoke Street between Main Street and First Street. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic safely through the construction zone. Drivers should expect delays and are encouraged to find alternate routes. If you must drive through the work zone, please use caution and reduce speeds.
