Beginning Thursday, October 5 at 10 p.m., crews will be repairing a leaking water mainline under the N. Franklin Street bridge near Mill Lane. The work is expected to be completed by 4:00 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 6. During this time, there will be little to no water pressure along Mill Lane.
In order to allow Public Works personnel time to properly flush water mainlines, customers are encouraged to turn off their water fixtures until mainlines are placed back into service.
There will be no street closures or work zones within the right-of-way during this operation.
