Beginning Thursday, May 23, there will be a lane closure on College St. between 1220 and 1145 College St. to facilitate sanitary sewer work. The work is expected to take place between the hours of 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
During this time, motorists should expect delays and are advised to use alternate routes is possible. Traffic control will be provided throughout the entire process.
We appreciate the community's patience and cooperation during this important infrastructure improvement project. The Town of Christiansburg is working closely with the contractor to minimize the duration of the closure and any inconvenience to the public.
