Beginning April 23, a contractor will be installing a water main line across Independence Blvd. near George Edward Via. The work is scheduled to take place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
During this time, there will be a lane closure on Independence Blvd. Signs and flaggers will be present to help direct traffic.
