Asphalt Repairs on First Street
Beginning Wednesday (weather pending), July 2, 2025 a portion of First Street will be closed for asphalt repairs due to a water main break.
First Street between Phlegar and Hickock Street will be closed:
- July 2 at 8 p.m. - July 3 at 8 a.m.
- July 7 at 8 p.m. - July 8 at 8 a.m.
Detours and directional signage will be in place.
Asphalt Repairs on West Main Street
A portion of West Main Street will be closed for asphalt repairs due to a water main break. The work will begin Tuesday, July 8 at 8p.m. and reopen Thursday, July 9 at 8a.m. (weather pending).
Northbound lanes of West Main Street will be closed between Radford Road and Phlegar Street. One southbound lane will remain open.
Eastbound lanes of Phlegar Street will be closed between West Main Street and First Street. One westbound lane will remain open.
Detours and directional signage will be in place.
